Bi-Polar Splicer Buckle (#BP34)

Description

In the event of a broken tape, release enough tape from tension to allow slack and use the Bi-Polar splicing buckle to reconnect the ends together. (#BP34)

If possible, It is better to install the splicer buckle near a stake rather than on the middle of the line.
